What we publish
Intious publishes calculators and explanations about work hours, rotating schedules, PTO, pay calendars and workforce capacity. Each tool is designed to make its inputs and assumptions visible.
Who is behind the site
Intious is an independent project by Hamza Benhadou, based in Morocco. It serves an English-speaking audience and uses US terminology where relevant. Intious is not a payroll provider, law firm or government agency.
How to use the results
Use the calculators to explore or cross-check arithmetic. Use employer records and relevant official guidance for decisions involving pay or employment rights.
