Calculator inputs
The calculator code runs in your browser. It does not submit your entered rates, hours, PTO balances or staffing figures to Intious. Print and copy actions use your browser, and downloads are generated on your device.
Technical requests
The hosting provider processes requests needed to serve pages and may record IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and timestamps for operation and security. Search terms in a URL can appear in logs and browser history. Avoid entering personal information into site search.
Contact messages
If you contact Intious by email, the message and reply address are processed to handle your request. Do not submit employee records or sensitive payroll details.
Cookies and advertising
The static tools do not set tracking cookies. The private publishing dashboard uses a session cookie. Advertising and analytics tracking are currently inactive. We will describe any introduced tracking providers and relevant choices in this policy.
Requests
Use the contact page for questions about data access or deletion. Identify the message or information involved so the request can be evaluated. Applicable rights and lawful retention obligations depend on jurisdiction.
