Your three-paycheck months in 2027 depend on the biweekly cycle, not just the year. An unadjusted Friday cycle anchored on January 8 has three paydays in April and October. A cycle anchored on January 1 has three in January, July and December, with 27 dates in the year. Employer date adjustments can change the calendar.

Why two people paid every other Friday can have different months
Biweekly means every 14 days. Two Friday schedules can be one week apart, so their dates land in different months even though the weekday and frequency match. Use a confirmed payday from your own schedule as the anchor. The generator extends that cycle both backward and forward within the selected year; it does not assume the anchor is the first paycheck you personally receive.
The January 8 cycle: April and October
For a known payday of January 8, 2027, the unadjusted 14-day cycle produces 26 paydays. April has April 2, April 16 and April 30. October has October 1, October 15 and October 29. Other months contain two cycle dates. Enter frequency Biweekly, known payday 2027-01-08 and calendar year 2027 to reproduce the result and download every date.
The January 1 cycle: a 27-date year
A cycle anchored on January 1, 2027 includes January 1, 15 and 29; July 2, 16 and 30; and December 3, 17 and 31. That gives 27 unadjusted dates in the calendar year. January 15 belongs to this same cycle: using it as a known payday also includes January 1 because the generator extends the schedule backward. Do not assume every biweekly calendar must contain exactly 26 dates.
Keep scheduled dates separate from actual payment dates
The tool generates the repeating schedule without automatically moving weekends or banking holidays. A date at a year boundary may be moved into the prior or following calendar year by an employer. Confirm the actual payment calendar before counting deposits or using it for a payroll deadline. A recurring date is not a guarantee of bank availability, and these examples do not specify a universal holiday adjustment rule.
Use the existing generator for other weekdays and years
Choose the actual known payday and set the year to 2027. The date list, paycheck count and extra-paycheck month summary update together. You can use any weekday supported by your own biweekly cycle. For semimonthly schedules choose the two monthly days instead: that creates two dates per month rather than an every-14-day cycle, so it answers a different question.
