An anchor-based example

Starting with Friday January 2, 2026 produces paydays on January 2, 16 and 30. January therefore has three scheduled checks for that anchor. Starting a week later produces a different pattern.

Use a full-year calendar

Do not start counting at the middle of the year. The generator extends a known biweekly date backward and forward to cover the selected calendar year. An anchor from another year can still identify the same repeating schedule.

Treat shifted paydays separately

A holiday adjustment near month end can move a deposit into a neighboring month. The calculated calendar is unadjusted. Confirm the final deposit calendar before allocating an extra check to a purchase.
